Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.
Why is it cheaper than on the brand's website?
We buy end-of-line stock and overstock in batches, then resell with no middleman. Quantities are limited for each product.

Elle est très bien, sauf une chose que je n'aime pas trop, c'est l'eau qui passe dans le bac : au bout de 5 tasses de café, il faut vider. Dommage, sinon elle marche très bien, beaucoup de choix de cafés.

Machine parfaite pour moi
Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat. La machine est très simple d'utilisation. L'expresso est excellent, c'est un plaisir de pouvoir faire ses boissons lactées préférées et de pouvoir les personnaliser en fonction de ses goûts. L'utilisation des profils que je pensais gadget est en fait un vrai plus quand on est plusieurs à la maison, un vrai gain de temps le matin.
Très bonne machine à café, attention à l'entretien
Simplicité pour s'en servir. On va dire qu'elle fait du café acceptable, le reproche à lui faire c'est l'entretien régulier qui peut devenir une contrainte coûteuse pour les personnes qui aiment se simplifier la vie !
Produit satisfaisant mais perfectible
Le produit correspond à mes attentes à savoir ne plus utiliser de capsules mais que du café en grains, de l'eau et du lait pour obtenir les mêmes résultats que lorsque je commande un expresso, un grand crème ou un latte macchiato dans un bar. Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car je trouve la mousse trop légère et je suis un peu perdue au niveau de l'entretien.
