What we're often asked

Does the machine take ground coffee?

Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.

Is descaling complicated?

No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.

Is the product new and guaranteed?

Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.

When will it be shipped?

Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.

Can I return it?

Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Why is it cheaper than on the brand's website?

We buy end-of-line stock and overstock in batches, then resell with no middleman. Quantities are limited for each product.

Utilisation très facile et intuitive. Un peu bruyante peut-être. Aucun mode d'emploi fourni, il faut aller chercher sur internet.

Simple et efficace, cette machine fait très bien le job, la qualité des cafés ne dépend pas que de la machine. Pour avoir déjà testé depuis de nombreuses années des machines expresso à grains je peux dire que c'est top et le mousseur de lait est parfait et très simple à utiliser. Seul petit bémol, elle est un peu bruyante au niveau de la pompe mais pas de bruit au niveau du broyeur. Ce qui m'a séduit c'est le prix des pièces détachées.

J'ai choisi cette cafetière suite aux conseils de la vendeuse qui a dit que l'appareil était silencieux, et que l'on pouvait chauffer du lait pour faire un chocolat chaud. Rien de tout cela.
