Are the products new?

Yes. All our appliances are new, in their original packaging, with their accessories and manuals. They are neither refurbished nor second-hand.

Why are your prices so low?

We buy end-of-line stock and overstock in batches from European distributors and wholesalers, then resell with no middleman. Quantities are limited: a sold-out product may disappear from the catalogue.

Which guarantee applies?

Your full statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, plus the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. Keep your invoice: it's emailed to you when you order.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are prepared within 48 working hours and delivered in 2 to 5 working days across the UK, as a tracked parcel. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and unused. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days of the parcel reaching us.

Will the appliances work with UK sockets?

Our appliances are European (EU) versions with a two-pin Type E/F plug. They run on the same 230 V mains as the UK, so you'll just need a standard EU-to-UK adaptor rated for the appliance's wattage. The printed manual is multilingual, and the English version is always available on the brand's website.
