Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Machine à grains
Machine très facile à utiliser et de très bonne qualité
Bien, mais manque de réglages personnalisés
Très bonne machine LatteGo, mais il manque des réglages personnalisés comme la quantité d'eau ou de lait, il n'existe que 5 niveaux utilisables. Certaines boissons sont même très limitées en quantité, comme un expresso qui est configuré avec une quantité maximale de 80 ml d'eau, de même pour un cappuccino. J'aimerais pouvoir personnaliser ces paramètres à ma guise avec une fonction mémoire.
Une excellente machine à grains pour toute la famille
Cette machine à café est particulièrement intuitive et facile à utiliser. L'application associée à la machine est très pratique pour la première utilisation grâce à ses explications et ses vidéos. Elle contient également de nombreuses idées de recettes. La personnalisation des boissons est très riche et permet de varier agréablement ses consommations, en adaptant la quantité de café, la quantité d'eau, la température ou le broyage des grains.
Boissons délicieuses, j'adore cette machine !
Une machine à grains très facile à utiliser. Elle est très belle et de qualité. Elle permet de déguster plusieurs boissons chaudes et glacées. On peut sélectionner une recette et régler l'intensité, la longueur du café et le volume de lait, et enregistrer notre boisson préférée. Grâce à son écran, elle donne toutes les informations pour préparer la boisson. Le goût du café est délicieux. J'adore cette machine, je ne peux plus m'en passer !

Grande consommatrice de café, cette machine est parfaite. Elle permet de faire à la maison différentes variétés de boissons chaudes. Elle est vraiment très facile d'utilisation et très intuitive. J'en suis vraiment ravie et ne peux plus m'en passer !

Cette machine à café à broyeur de grains est une petite merveille. Je suis vraiment épatée par toutes les fonctionnalités et différentes boissons qu'elle peut faire. On peut se faire plaisir avec du café simple à l'expresso, au cappuccino, au café latte, café au lait, café américain, café glacé. Son design est magnifique, les touches tactiles en font une petite merveille.
