What we're often asked

Does the machine take ground coffee?

Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.

Is descaling complicated?

No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.

Is the product new and guaranteed?

Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.

When will it be shipped?

Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.

Can I return it?

Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Why is it cheaper than on the brand's website?

We buy end-of-line stock and overstock in batches, then resell with no middleman. Quantities are limited for each product.

Satisfaits de notre achat dans l'ensemble. En revanche le mousseur à lait fuit de temps en temps, sachant que nous l'utilisons tous les jours, c'est bien dommageable. Le bac se remplit vite je trouve

Bien mais quelques défauts à améliorer

Techniquement, c'est une très belle machine, et la qualité des cafés préparés est au rendez-vous. La gestion du marc de café et la gestion du réservoir d'eau est plutôt réussie. Il y a cependant un point qui pourrait être amélioré : lorsque l'on sélectionne un double café (double expresso par exemple), il n'est pas nécessaire de nettoyer les buses entre les deux remplissages.

Bonne machine espresso automatique

Je suis satisfait de cette machine à expresso. Moyennant l'achat de café de qualité, on obtient de très bonnes boissons. Les réglages sont assez facilement accessibles avec la documentation fournie. L'option café glacé ne sert pas à grand-chose. Concernant le cappuccino, je trouve que le système ne fait pas assez de mousse.
