Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Simple à utiliser, petit et compact
Super appareil ! Le café est bon, prêt assez rapidement, très compact pour une petite cuisine. Notre voyant du filtre à café s'allume très souvent (signal qu'il n'est pas vide, alors qu'il l'est), mais c'est facile à résoudre. C'est bien qu'on puisse aussi utiliser du café moulu.
