Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.
Why is it cheaper than on the brand's website?

Très bonne machine
Machine au top, surtout pour le double bac à grains ! Si vous changez souvent de grains, c'est super utile. Je l'ai prise pour remplacer mes dosettes. Le système permettant de changer de bac de café en deux secondes est génial : je mets mon café fort le matin et du déca le soir sans galérer. Le café est très bon ! Pour les lattes, la mousse de lait automatique est parfaite et bien chaude, le nettoyage est super facile, et ça, c'est top !

[Avis rémunéré en échange de mon opinion honnête] Machine achetée il y a 1 mois et nous n'avons jamais autant bu de café depuis ! La Rivelia a une belle esthétique, elle prend un peu de place par contre. La mousse de lait est mousseuse à souhait. La diversité des cafés possibles est suffisante, l'extraction est parfaite, la température idéale et très bon goût du café puisqu'on peut régler la mouture.

Elle propose un très large choix de boissons, ce qui permet de varier les plaisirs au quotidien sans se lasser du café. J'apprécie particulièrement la possibilité d'adapter l'intensité du café ainsi que de changer facilement de bac à grains, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour pouvoir utiliser différents cafés.
Belle cafetière
[Avis rémunéré en échange de mon opinion honnête] Les plus : bien plus jolie que la plupart des cafetières, et assez compacte. Le café est aussi bon que pour les modèles que j'avais avant. Pouvoir changer de café est un gros plus ! Elle est livrée avec un bac pour le lait chaud (un autre pour le lait froid est disponible mais en option). Les moins : pas de possibilité de faire deux cafés à la fois.
