Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?

New De'Longhi
I bought this about a month ago. Very happy with my purchase. Love all the different coffees you can make and will be purchasing the cold foam container too. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the size of the water tank. It seems as though I am filling it all the time. But other than that I love my new machine.
