Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Perfect for great tasting hassle-free bean to cup
I had a De'Longhi Magnifica S for 11 years and loved it until it finally gave up the ghost. The Magnifica Plus had great reviews. I wasn't sure about the milk carafe at first but it's so convenient to set the size and strength of each drink with presets per person, then just press the button and let it do its thing. The coffee tastes great and the milk is nicely frothed.
Excellent
Have had the machine one week now and have had a chance to get to know how to adjust it to produce excellent coffee. It is superior in all ways to our previous version of the Magnifica.
Magnifica Plus
Makes an excellent flat white that you can tailor the size and the intensity to your taste. The filtered style coffee recipe is also great. Touch screen is very user friendly.
