Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?

Magnifica Plus
Makes an excellent flat white that you can tailor the size and the intensity to your taste. The filtered style coffee recipe is also great. Touch screen is very user friendly.
Great machine!
I read lots of reviews before buying this De'Longhi coffee machine, wanting to make sure it was worth the money. We've been loving the machine and how easy it is to use! The milk frother has a few parts but it's great that it doesn't need to be washed after each use. The touch screen makes things so much easier than cheaper models. Would recommend this machine!
