What we're often asked

Does the machine take ground coffee?

Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.

Is descaling complicated?

No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.

Is the product new and guaranteed?

Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.

When will it be shipped?

Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.

Can I return it?

Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Why is it cheaper than on the brand's website?

We buy end-of-line stock and overstock in batches, then resell with no middleman. Quantities are limited for each product.

Très bon produit

J'ai acheté cette machine à café il y a un mois et j'en suis très contente. Le mousseur à lait fait une très belle mousse mais son nettoyage est un peu complexe. Le tiroir à eau et celui à marc sont faciles d'accès. La qualité du café est bonne.

Magnifica Evo

Je voulais une machine automatique à grains. Notre choix s'est porté sur la Magnifica Evo qui était en promo. Cela fait quasiment 1 mois que nous l'avons et nous en sommes très contents. Les cafés (avec de bons grains) sont très bons, ça change des dosettes. Les boissons lactées sont très réussies, moi qui adore les cappuccinos. À voir dans le temps en termes d'usure mais très bonne machine

Expresso broyeur automatique Magnifica Evo

J'ai acheté ce broyeur le mois dernier. Je suis très contente. Tant sur l'esthétique que sur le procédé pour obtenir un bon café. La présentation des différentes possibilités entre café court, café long, eau chaude, lait, vapeur, tout est visible, la possibilité de mettre du café moulu ou du café en grains est un plus que j'apprécie énormément.
