Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.

Amazing coffee machine, café-style coffee at home
I'm really happy with my De'Longhi Magnifica Evo. It has made my morning coffee so much easier and more enjoyable. The machine is very easy to use, and I love being able to make different types of coffee at the touch of a button. It's a gift and it's the best gift ever

We are enjoying our new coffee machine. It works beautifully and makes excellent coffee. Very easy to use.
Great machine but shame about the settings feature
The machine itself is really good and makes a really great cup of coffee once you get the settings right for you and the milk frother is super and easy to use. However, it is the settings that are the problem. The book that comes with it has settings but I think not all the possible settings. I ended up having to look at YouTube videos to really understand what to do.
