What we're often asked
Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

J'ai acheté cette machine pour remplacer la Dinamica que j'avais. Après 17 277 cafés en sept ans elle s'est mise à bugger. Je vais la réparer mais je préfère racheter une neuve vu le nombre de cafés que je bois. Ce sont des machines qui durent, qui sont fiables et on arrive à trouver les pièces facilement. Je suis super content de mon nouvel achat.
Intuitive
J'avais une Saeco (Philips) avant dont je n'étais pas satisfait, je viens d'acheter une De'Longhi et j'avoue que c'est une très bonne machine, le lait est bien mousseux pour un cappuccino et le café excellent.
