Does the machine take ground coffee?
Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.
Is descaling complicated?
No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.

Je suis très content de cette cafetière Autentica. Le seul bémol, elle consomme beaucoup d'eau avec ses multiples rinçages.
Très haute qualité gustative
Suite à plusieurs réparations sur mon ancienne Magnifica, j'ai opté pour cette Autentica qui, avec un même café et une même provenance de l'eau, effectue un café bien plus gustatif.
Machine à déconseiller
Très déçu de cette machine à café. Étant sous garantie, je l'ai envoyée au SAV pour un voyant détartrage qui ne s'éteignait plus et les modes café long et double café long ne fonctionnaient pas. Je reçois la machine après une soi-disant réparation et celle-ci ne marche toujours pas
