Does the machine take ground coffee?

Most of our bean-to-cup machines have a pre-ground coffee compartment alongside the built-in grinder; this is listed in the specifications.

Is descaling complicated?

No: the machines tell you when to descale and guide you through the cycle step by step. A water filter extends the time between descales.

Is the product new and guaranteed?

Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.

When will it be shipped?

Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.

Can I return it?

The best coffee I have tasted at home!

Simply put this is hands down the best coffee I have been able to make at home, having tried many types of machine from capsules to filter over the years, none come close to what this produces. There are several options from strength, to volume to type of brew you require and each combination requires a different blend of the coffee beans, so making a coffee feels very hands-on. It also looks so stylish in the kitchen.
