What we're often asked
Does the robot work with an app?
Yes: mapping, no-go zones, scheduling and suction levels are all set from the manufacturer's app (iOS and Android).
Is it suitable for pet hair?
Models with an anti-tangle brush and a self-emptying station are the best choice: they're flagged in the key features.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.
Why is it cheaper than on the brand's website?

Brilliant for keeping on top of pet hair
We've had our Shark robot hoover for around 6 months now, so I feel like I can finally give a proper honest review. We originally bought it because we have two pets, a cat and a dog, and the amount of hair they leave around the house can be ridiculous! The hoovering side of it has honestly been better than we expected. It does a really good job at picking up the pet hair and general dirt, and it's made keeping on top of the floors so much easier.
Not bad
It's ok. Mapping is good for one floor. It doesn't do 2nd or 3rd floor. But if switched on in a new place or floor it picks up the boundaries and cleans it somewhat. Water tank is tiny but cleans a big surface. It comes with 2 mop mats. Paid the price as it comes with 2 years guarantee. Overall it saves me cleaning
