Self-cleaning
When you are done, simply place your HydroVac on the charging dock and start the Self-Clean mode. The brush roll, the cleaning head and the inside of the handle are thoroughly washed and dried in just a few minutes, ready for the next clean.
Easy to empty
Two tanks keep clean water separate from dirty water. Need to empty it mid-clean? The debris filtration technology in the dirty-water tank is designed to separate out solids, so you can quickly pour away the dirty water with the Express Empty function.
Clean from start to finish
Unlike traditional untreated brush rolls, Shark's antimicrobial* brush roll prevents bad odours and bacterial growth between uses. The continuous self-cleaning system stops dirt from being redeposited on the floor.
Odour neutralisation
A trial bottle of multi-surface, odour-neutralising cleaning solution is included with the Shark HydroVac to eliminate bad odours on every floor type for a fresher home. Refills of cleaning solution are available to buy from Shark.

Can it be used on parquet?
Yes, on all sealed hard floors (tiles, sealed parquet, laminate, vinyl). Most models adjust the water flow automatically.
How do I clean the brush?
From the station: a self-cleaning cycle washes the brush and flushes the tubes; some models dry it with hot air.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.

Très satisfaite, malgré quelques améliorations
Après quelques utilisations, je suis très satisfaite de ce produit. Il lave vraiment bien et le système d'auto-nettoyage est un véritable plus ! Je retire malgré tout une étoile, car je pense que certains points pourraient être améliorés. Il ne passe pas sous certains meubles, notamment le canapé, et la brosse ne va pas complètement jusqu'aux plinthes. C'est dommage, car à part cela, je suis vraiment conquise par ce produit : le lavage est beaucoup plus facile et agréable au quotidien.
Aspirateur laveur de très bonne qualité
Excellent appareil, utilisation quotidienne parfaite avec 2 animaux. Un sol toujours propre.

Acheté il y a quelques semaines, franchement je suis super contente de mon achat, quel gain de temps et d'énergie ! Surtout que je suis atteinte d'arthrose et franchement j'en ressens les bienfaits. L'aspiration est top, il aspire des choses que l'autre aspirateur n'aspire pas. L'autonomie est super, je fais la maison complète avec la charge, le bas et le haut, 3 chambres, cuisine, wc, salle de bain, entrée, c'est parfait. Dans la maison il y a 2 chats, 2 chiens et 3 poules.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour de l'entretien au quotidien et je ne le regrette pas. C'est très pratique

À peine plus de 2 ans, HS
J'ai acheté au mois de septembre 2024 mon aspirateur laveur, il était garanti jusqu'au 09/09/2026. Le tuyau d'aspiration de l'eau est déchiré à force de baisser et relever, et là plus de garantie. 2 ans et 10 jours après il est mort, vraiment très déçue de la durée de vie
Pas trop satisfaite
J'ai acheté l'aspirateur il y a presque un mois mais je ne suis pas satisfaite du fait que je ne peux pas aspirer sous mon canapé, et ça me laisse des traces d'eau partout. En tant que cliente qui aime la marque Shark Ninja, j'ai tout mon électroménager chez vous, je suis déçue.
