J'ai acheté ce produit pour faire des glaces à l'italienne et j'en suis satisfaite, moins bruyante que la Deluxe. Attention aux bouchons plastiques si vous les mettez au lave-vaisselle, ça abîme plus vite

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a un mois, un peu déçue. Les glaces sont souvent granuleuses malgré le suivi des recettes Ninja, et le système de glaces à l'italienne a du mal à fonctionner. Il faut recommencer à plusieurs reprises, ça se met en code erreur. Dommage, sinon le concept est sympa

La première machine que j'ai reçue ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Je l'ai renvoyée 48 h après la réception. La deuxième machine reçue s'arrête en cours de fonctionnement. Cela fait trois fois que je m'en sers et je n'ai pas encore réussi à faire une glace italienne pourtant j'ai réalisé les recettes du livre. Vraiment très déçue
