C'est une dinguerie ce Ninja ! Je viens d'acheter ce Ninja Pro Connect et j'avoue que c'est le top. J'avais avant barbecue gaz, charbon et plancha avec 1 h de nettoyage après chaque utilisation et là en 10 mn chrono il est nickel ! J'ai testé viande, poisson, moules en fumet et c'est excellent ! Je ne regrette pas mon achat.
Pour moi, le barbecue, c'est au charbon de bois. Avec le Woodfire à pellets : j'y ai renoncé. Cet appareil est une merveille !
