Excellent pour plat à mijoter
Sa forme ovale permet un contenant plus grand. Excellente répartition de la chaleur même sur une plaque de cuisson cylindrique. Conseil : ne pas mettre une plaque de cuisson à haut thermostat où risque de coller (thermostat 5 suffit largement). Entretien : temps de trempage, passe facilement au lave-vaisselle.
