What we're often asked
Do the heated cushions and blankets work without a plug?
Yes: built-in rechargeable battery (2 to 10 hours depending on the battery chosen), adjustable infrared heat up to 58°C, machine-washable cover.
What area does the purifier cover?
Dyson purifiers clean a whole living room by projecting purified air across it, and display air quality in real time; the HEPA filter needs replacing about once a year.
Is the product new and guaranteed?
Yes: new, in its original packaging, with its accessories and the 2-year manufacturer's guarantee. The invoice is sent to you by email.
When will it be shipped?
Within 48 working hours, as a tracked parcel. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery in 2 to 5 working days across the UK.
Can I return it?
Within 30 days of receipt, if unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free and the refund is issued within 14 days.
